Delete Your LayaPop Account

This page explains how to delete your LayaPop account and the data associated with it. LayaPop is operated by Layamewron LLC.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

1. Open the LayaPop app and log in.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account:

Use the subject line Delete my LayaPop account and include the email/username on your account. We will permanently delete your account within 30 days of verifying your request.

What data is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile (username, bio, avatar)
• Your videos and thumbnails
• Your likes, favorites, comments, follows, and messages

What data may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and financial/transaction records, for as long as legally required. All other data is permanently deleted.
